How To Manage Solluna Circle Subscription Account (Paid)

Subscribed via App on phone

Please note: If your purchased and subscribed on your Apple or Android devices, you must cancel and unsubscribe on your phone in your subscription settings. We are not able to cancel or change your subscription for you.

Subscribed via Web Browser

If you subscribed to our paid membership using the web version of the app via community.mysolluna.com you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and going into your profile settings and selecting cancel. If you are unable to figure out how to cancel yourself you can cancel by emailing love@mysolluna.com and informing them that you would like to cancel your subscription and providing the email that you signed up with.
