Do I burn a lot of calories?

Anytime your body gets hot, you will burn calories—as your body must expend energy in order to cool down. So yes, it’s safe to say you will. However, while some studies have proven an increase in energy expenditure—it’s impossible to say just how many calories can be burned in a session. We encourage you to ignore extreme claims (like those stating you’ll burn 600 calories in a sessions), as there is no conclusive scientific basis in any study we’ve seen stating exact calorie numbers.

But just as I say with diet, don’t focus on just the numbers. There are so many health benefits with this sauna beyond simply calories burned!
