How long should I take the digestive enzymes and magnesium oxyde? Are they necessary after a long period of clean eating? What does your supplement routine look like?
I take digestive enzymes whenever I eat cooked food, but not at other times. The oxygen/magnesium product is something I use more when traveling, to stay regular, as one's rhythm can be disrupted when traveling. Overall, I only take probiotics, enzymes and oxygen/magnesium as needed. Of course, I get super foods in my smoothies and plenty of nutrition from my daily diet.
