My understanding is that we should take probiotics every day. My question is how long should we take them for, is this something we should do for life?
There is nothing you need to take "for life" -- however, the premise behind this probiotic is that it delivers a vital nutrient (SBO's) that was traditionally part of our diet and lifestyle, but is no longer consumed much by humans.
